The 2018 Iloilo Provincial Cooperative Month celebration opened Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at Bingawan Civic Center, Bingawan, Iloilo. This year’s host municipality is Bingawan, Iloilo with the Theme: COOPERATIVES: Partners for Building Resilient and Empowered Communities Towards a Better and Stronger Philippines.
