This July 27, 2020, Municipality of Bingawan, Iloilo is joining the nation in commemorating the day when the Philippine population reached 100 million on July 27, 2014. This year’s theme ” Bigyan Halaga ang Bawat Pinoy sa Pag-Unlad, Ngayon at Bukas: Sa kanyang ika-anim na taon, Siguraduhin ang kanyang Kalusugan at Edukasyon”. This demographic event highlighted the importance of ensuring the well-being of each Filipino within the context of increasing population. Each baby symbolizes the capacity of the government to provide the desired quality of life of each Filipino.
