The Chinese Ministry of Housing & Urban-Rural Development has invited Mayor Mark Palabrica to represent the country to the China-ASEAN Mayor’s Forum in September at Nanning, China, all expenses paid by the Chinese Government for some related cooperation, establishing sisterhood & finding investors or partners for projects.
